Wet transfer, WIX TECHNOLOGY has two models for your choice, 2-gel wet transfer (mini vertical blot) WIX-miniBLOT (the max transfer size is 100x75mm), and 4-gel wet transfer WIX-miniBLOT4 (the max transfer size is 80x85mm).  

Semi-dry transfer, WIX-fastBLOT is highly recommended, blot size is 15.5×11×2 cm. Two cassettes, high dissipation, transfer 4 mini gels or 2 midi gels simultaneously around 15 mins.

Imaging results

Conditions: two 12% spacer gels, two wells with sample 5μ.

Fast transfer: 50V, 25min. Two membranes were exposed simultaneously.

  • Consumables: 5× rapid semi-dry transfer buffer, semi-dry transfer filter paper
  • The WIX 5× rapid semi-dry transfer membrane buffer uses a unique formula and the semi-dry transfer method, enabling efficient and rapid protein transfer onto the blotting membrane (PVDF membrane or NC membrane) within 10-20 minutes.
  • Easy use: No need for transfer tank, transfer clips, etc. The “sandwich” only needs to placed in the cassettes with uniformity.
  • Environmentally friendly: The rapid transfer buffer can use ethanol instead of methanol, reducing harm to the experimenter and the environment.
  • Good compatibility: The rapid transfer buffer is compatible with various gels such as Tris-glycine gel, Bis-Tris gel, etc.
  • Time saving: The rapid transfer buffer can complete protein transfer within 10-20 minutes.
