Features

  • Built-in power supply and thermostatic circulator to cycle buffer directly. Output of voltage and current in the same time, the buffer temperature is quickly reduced simultaneously to avoid the failure of the experiment due to high temperature. The power supply function is used for protein electrophoresis or nucleic acid electrophoresis.
  • Protein function: after running the spacer gel mode switch to the separation gel mode automatically, no need to set twice.
  • Four gels are transferred at the same time, and each gel is independent in its cabin to avoid electric field interference.
  • Four blot clips are independently connected to the power by built-in blot frame inside the tank, and the transfer current of each gel is independently monitored. Positive and negative of transfer clip are in different colours to avoid reverse loading, resulting in failure of the experiment.
  • The lid with auniquely design, is to prevent positive and negative connections.
  • Store 5 programs, each program contains at most 2 steps.
